I just wanted to say a huge thank you for providing such an outstanding service during my recent holiday to Greece. Not only did you make the booking process easy and straightforward, but you went above and beyond to make sure we knew all safety regulations and protocols for Greece and for our return to the UK. Even during our time away, as matters were developing at home, you made sure we were informed and kept us up to date with any changes, meaning we could relax and didn’t need to keep checking the news as I knew you would let me know if anything affected us. To top it all off, the safe travel card and welcome home card we received really just put the cherry on the cake, such a king gesture and made the service you provided so personal. I will be booking all future trips through you and can’t thank you enough for all your hard work to make sure I could just sit back and relax! 100% would recommend!

I run a successful company, there is little time to research destinations and even when I do I am uncertain of its quality and its daunting to book through an untested 3rd party.

My wife recently made a trip to New Zealand that Doug arranged the flights for. My wife, being a Kiwi, has made this trip many times and has many years of experience arranging flights for herself and the rest of the family. Consequently, approaching Doug about the flight was something of an afterthought. In hindsight, I should have approached Doug at the outset.

From start to finish Doug impressed with his approach, the deal he was able to find and his after sales service. The tickets were booked well before Covid 19 existed. Doug (and Not Just travel) were all over the implications and impact of the virus from the outset – we could not have asked for more.
